Nature of the Site

This is a private reference for locating Okeechobee County and Florida jail, booking, court, and corrections resources. It holds no official records, cannot confirm custody, cannot release anyone, and cannot file a request or court paper for a visitor.

Some pages point to government offices while search boxes may connect to outside research providers. Those services remain separate from this site.

Acceptable Use Rules

No Consumer Reports

Okeechobee County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. Information found here or through a linked tool must not be used for:

• Hiring, firing, or another employment decision.
• Tenant selection or any housing decision.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or an insurance premium.
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Links Beyond This Site

Links may lead to jail rosters, sheriff and corrections pages, booking resources, government portals, legal information, news outlets, and outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. This site does not control another service’s content, privacy practices, accuracy, fees, or availability, so users should review the destination’s own terms.

No Warranties

The site and all content are offered “as is” and “as available.” No promise is made that:

• Access will be continuous or uninterrupted.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected language will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
